Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate procurement reporting, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across procurement systems and processes. You’ll play a key role in supporting operational excellence and regulatory adherence within the Procurement function.
Produce monthly related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to monitor and manage Procurement’s performance. Generate required reporting for as and when required. Perform checks on casino related purchase orders for wrong classification or errors. Work with internal users to ensure timely reporting and adhered to the Gambling Regulatory Authority regulations. Prepare monthly reporting submission to Gambling Regulatory Authority. Manage and work with internal and external users on other master data set-up and accuracy.
