Renowned for their technical innovation and customer-first approach the company is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination while ensuring cost efficiency, quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement from vendor sourcing and quotation evaluation to PO issuance and delivery tracking.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and lead times with suppliers.
- Coordinate import documentation and work closely with logistics, warehouse and finance for smooth operations.
- Monitor procurement budgets, maintain purchase records and track supplier performance.
- Support the P2P cycle including invoice verification and reconciliation.
