Job Description
We are partnering with a well-established organization looking for a Procurement Operations Executive to support procurement operations, sourcing activities, contract management, and reporting functions within a structured enterprise environment.
This role is suitable for candidates with hands‑on experience using procurement ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP, SAP Ariba, or Oracle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end procurement operations and sourcing activities
- Coordinate and manage e‑RFx activities including RFQ/RFP/RFI processes
- Assist in contract management and procurement documentation
- Support vendor onboarding and procurement governance processes
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and system data accuracy
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement execution
- Generate procurement reports, spend analysis, and operational dashboards
