Job Description
To help run the operational activities of the Contracting & Procurement requirement of IPGG and effectively contribute to the attainment of the company’s business goals. Ensures continuous development of vendor/supplier base through a comprehensive supplier relationship management program. Ensures favorable terms, volume discounts and cost effective short-term & long-term contracts with vendors are negotiated and achieved for IPGG’s materials, goods and services requirement. The position is also responsible in ensuring that policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and business controls related to CP are updated, design effective and operating effectively. Helps champion Ethics and Compliance (E&C) in all Contracting and Procurement Activities of IPGG and ensures that E&C is adhered by Vendors.
