The role ensures timely sourcing of materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards, vendor reliability, and full compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Manage procurement of construction materials, finishing items, electrical & plumbing items, IT equipment, office supplies, and other project-related goods/services.
- Float RFQs, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Ensure procurement is executed strictly as per approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and company SOPs.
