Procurement Executive Key Responsibilities Procurement Coordination
- Liaise with project teams to understand material, equipment, and service requirements.
- Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Track and follow up on order status, deliveries, and backorders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness by comparing price, quality, and delivery lead time.
- Maintain accurate procurement records including supplier quotations, POs, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Support project teams in preparing procurement-related documentation and reports.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before submission to Finance.
