Job Description
To expedite with internal stakeholders & partners for the timely delivery of products of required quality at required site location. Contacts suppliers to obtain timely submission of engineering data and to follow-up on material acquisition, production progress and shipment. Evaluates manufacturing schedules and progress reports from suppliers to determine if it is inline with the agreed schedule submitted by them at the time of order award Compiles data needed to prepare the critical items reports or other supplementary reports as required. Coordinates the accumulation of data from project team and issues reports to the stakeholders Expedites with engineering department for the timely review, approval and return of engineering data submitted by suppliers Maintains a working file of expediting related documents and memorandum of conversations to record expediting ac...
