Assist in creating and updating the Global Process Owner (GPO) playbook, which includes best practices, guidelines, and procedures for different processes
Conduct research and analysis to identify key elements that enhance user experience and incorporate them into the company's digital platforms
Support the GPO team in managing activities and projects, including project management office (PMO) tasks
