- computer literate (MS Office applications)
- with basic knowledge on Inventory and Treasury functions

Responsibilities
- ensures the timely audit of all items delivered in the store (documentation)
- ensures that all outgoing items (trade and non-trade) are processed on the system
- inspects all items for delivery are complete, without damage before delivery
- ensures that all items for transfers are properly documented and processed before pull out and transfer
- accounts the day-to-day cashiering transactions to document the overage and shortage for charging
