Job Summary Manage end-to-end procurement and logistics to support SolarGy's project execution by sourcing materials cost-effectively, ensuring quality compliance, and coordinating timely delivery with suppliers and project teams. Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for PV components, equipment, and related materials to meet project needs Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure cost-effective procurement Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) following company procedures to ensure compliance Verify procured items meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure reliable supply Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery reliability and resolve supply issues such as delays and defects Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation for audit and traceabi...
