Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with business needs, growth plans, and cost targets, managing the full procurement cycle from needs assessment through negotiation, contracting, and delivery to ensure consistency, efficiency, and value.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across vehicles, parts, accessories, and indirect categories; build a reliable, competitive supplier base and manage ongoing relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, securing optimum terms on pricing, payment, lead times, and service levels while tracking and reporting cost savings, procurement KPIs, and budget performance.
Coordinate inventory and supply chain with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimise stock levels, proactively manage lead times, and mitigate disruptions through contingency sourcing plans.
