Establish Long-term Commodity StrategiesDevelop and execute mid-to-long-term sourcing roadmaps for critical electrical equipment commodities (Transformer Oil & Installation, etc.)Establish dual/multi-sourcing frameworks to mitigate supply chain disruptions and build robust Business Continuity Plans (BCP) against geopolitical and monopoly supplier risks.Lead strategic decision-making on whether to manufacture components inhouse or outsource, based on rigorous capacity and cost-structure analyses.Standardize and digitalize global procurement processes (ERP systems) and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Savings, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Supplier Quality.Identify, evaluate, and onboard local fabrication and component suppliers in the US and Mexico.Calculate domestic content and manage Certificates of Origin to comply with the Buy American Act (BAA/BABA) and utility project...
