Procurement Manager
GeoTrek Vans | Boulder, CO | Full-time, onsite | $65,000 to $80,000 base
We build premium Sprinter campervan conversions, and we are scaling fast. Every part that goes into a GeoTrek has to arrive on time, at the right cost, and at a quality level you can feel in the weld and the finish. We need someone who owns that.
As our Procurement Manager, you keep the build line moving and the terms sharp. You will:
- Own procurement end-to-end, from sourcing to PO to delivery
- Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQs, and lead times with suppliers
- Build supplier relationships, hold vendors to quality and delivery standards, and qualify backups so we always have redundancy
- Partner with production leads on BOMs and forward material needs
- Stay ahead of any shortage that could slow the floor
- Drive cost-down without ever compromising build quality
