The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager who will lead and manage procurement activities for large-scale and complex construction projects. In this role, you will be a critical link in our supply chain, driving sourcing strategies for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services that support successful project delivery. You will work closely with Operations, Estimating, Project Management, and field leadership to secure high-quality resources, manage supplier relationships, and deliver value while maintaining a relentless focus on our Safety FIRST culture, compliance, schedule, and cost-effectiveness. This role also supports project delivery strategies that incorporate prefabrication, preassembly, modularization, and offsite fabrication (PPMOF) to improve schedule certainty, quality, safety, and overall project execution.
