Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all Category Management Strategies and procurement action plans to create business competition.
  • Designing effective procurement process, system, and resources for best f its total cost ownership and business continuity.
  • Conducting purchasing analysis including market insight and innovation for cost-effectiveness benchmark and initiating a plan to create competitive advantage in procurement.
