Your mission
We are currently looking for a freelance Procurement Manager to provide temporary support/cover at our Dubai office located in Dubai Investment Park.
As this is a freelance role, candidates must hold their own valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance.
Cover periods:
- ASAP for approximately 3-4 weeks
- An additional support period will be between July and September (TBC) for another 3-4 weeks
Scope of responsibilities
- Procurement and rental of audio-visual equipment for events like projectors, sound systems, light systems, media network equipment.
- Act as a primary contact for all procurement-related topics towards projects and closely liaise with project teams regarding planning, budgeting, strategy, issue resolution, and improvement opportunities.
