I. Job Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company's requirements for quality, pricing, and delivery time (in charge of the non-production / MRO segment).
- Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers to ensure maximum benefits for the company.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers.
- Monitor and control supplier delivery schedules and product quality.
- Supervise and resolve any arising issues related to the supply of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely material supply that meets production needs.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities and supplier management.
