About this opportunity

As a part of the Procurement team assigned to the data centre construction project, you will support a full range of related services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Services and OFCI equipment procurement & contracting strategy development
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Development of pricing mechanisms
  • Optioning and cost benefit analysis
  • Cost forecasting
  • Preparing contract documents and drafting terms and conditions
  • Collating invitation to tender packages
  • Development of selection and evaluation criteria
  • Managing tender clarifications / returns and down selection process
  • Negotiation and award of contracts
  • Oversight of subcontracting arrangements and procurement planning
  • Business case and stakeholder management support
  • Contract oversight
