Procurement Manager (Residential or Facilities)

Portfolio Procurement are recruiting for a Procurement Manager for a leading Property company based in Manchester & London. This role will be home based but will require occasional travel Manchester, London and sites across the UK.

Experience Required :

* Procurement experience in a residential property or FM industry
* Lead on all contract tenders and renewals
* Budget planning and forecasting
* Benchmarking of services and contracts
* Knowledge of ESG / Net Zero targets
* Carry out regular supplier audits
* Market analysis of emerging supplier
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
