Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement department and functionally report to Corp SCM to ensure the proper functioning of the purchasing department
- Deliver MRO support services including review or approve Purchase Orders (PO) and contracts with suppliers
- Review or approve material provisioning plan
- Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Approval of suppliers into vendors' list
- Lead process of identification of key suppliers
- Plan and implement strategic procurement strategies
- Monitor and balance workload of SCM staff
- Ensure that requirements for procurement of all controlled components and materials are conformed in accordance to the control goods requirements
