Duties Include
- Buy supplies and materials – source, negotiate with suppliers, purchase, track orders, and collaborate with Project Teams, Logistics, and Finances.
- Ensure a reliable and cost‑effective supply chain to meet production needs.
- Source, negotiate price and terms, and purchase equipment, goods and services (local and import).
- Source raw materials, components and other supplies.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Manage quality, reliability and timeliness of delivery.
- Monitor Supplier Delivery Performance.
- Minimize cost and risks.
- Handle imports and freight quotes.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Review and submit forecasts.
