Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual procurement plans aligned with construction project targets and business objectives.
- Oversee the tender process to ensure it is conducted transparently and in accordance with company policies, from vendor selection through final award recommendation.
- Lead strategic contract negotiations for large-scale procurement to achieve the best value for money.
- Ensure all procured materials and services meet technical specifications and are delivered according to project schedules.
- Supervise and monitor vendor and contractor databases, including conducting periodic performance evaluations against established KPIs.
- Monitor construction material market prices regularly to mitigate risks related to price fluctuations.
