Procurement Manager | Competitive Salary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join the Procurement Team in Marston’s Pubs and Bars. This role will be responsible for a significant amount of food contracts as well as across a broad spectrum of other areas including drinks, equipment, services, and consumables. This is a permanent role, reporting to the Director of Procurement.
We are looking for an individual that is results driven and self motivated, with the ability to demonstrate a proven track record and experience in relevant or associated areas.
The Role
- Ensure optimum commercial terms whilst ensuring best fit for the business requirements.
- Identify strategic opportunities and value adding initiatives.
- Ensure effective category management, identify new opportunities to reduce costs, rationalise the product range, eliminate duplication and move as close to source in all categories as possible....
