Job Summary
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of ingredients, packaging materials, and other essential goods for our food concept. This role ensures that all procurement activities align with company standards in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery to support store and commissary operations.
1. Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other supplies.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while exploring new sourcing opportunities.
2. Purchasing & Order Management
- Process purchase requests and ensure timely procurement of goods.
