Buyer Position
We are looking for a buyer with 2+ years of buying experience. This is a contract role based in Silverton, Pretoria.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for buying goods within the procurement department.
- Experience in buying raw materials is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills within the team and with clients.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Capturing information and sending it through to relevant departments, and following up.
- Computer literacy: this role involves a lot of PC work on basic Microsoft Office, as well as buying programs.
- At least 2 years of buying experience is required.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Matric.
- 2+ years of buying experience.
- Buying experience of raw materials is advantageous.
- Bilingual: English and Afrikaans.
