Overview
On-site - Taguig 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
Responsibilities
- Procurement of all supplies in the kitchen and market items.
- Procurement of all equipment and machines needed for the store like coffee machine, oven, ice machine, etc.
- Maintains a pool of suppliers for easy reference.
- Ensure that all procured items are in accordance with the company process and procedure.
- Tracks all P.O and Invoices and ensure that it is submitted to the accounting department for a timely payment.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Business Admin major in Marketing or Finance.
- Must have at least 5 years relative experience in procurement.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
