Job Description
Supplier Sourcing and Management
- Identify potential suppliers and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers.
- Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the timely delivery of company needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and identify cost‑efficient opportunities.
Inventory Monitoring and Control
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock levels.
- Manage weekly inventories provided by team leaders for their brand’s supplies.
- Vet procurement requests to avoid overstocking and shortage.
Procurement Reporting
- Keep an updated record of all purchasing activities.
- Generate regular reports which may include purchasing trends, stock levels, and monthly expenses.
