Minimum Requirements Must have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture Must have previous growing experience with Apples and Pears Previous procurement experience would be preferred Solid understanding of Citrus quality, packing and logistics is required Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel when required Responsibilities Identifying, contracting with, and supervising local farmers to source high-quality fruit. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of produce to meet company standards. Identifying suitable packhouses for packing and storing sourced fruit. Engaging with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines. Overseeing the packing process to ensure fruit is packed correctly and efficiently without wastage.
