QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- With at least 10 years of end-to-end IT software procurement experience
- Skilled in Software Supply Management, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Cost Optimization, Negotiation and Risk Management
- Knowledgable in software licensing models, SaaS agreements and IT procurement best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software solutions from accreditation to termination.
- Works closely with IT stakeholders and software vendors to ensure sustainable licensing models, compliance and cost optimization.
- Analyze software market trends, licensing models and vendor risks.
