This role leads complex, highvalue sourcing initiatives and owns the development and execution of sourcing strategies that drive meaningful commercial outcomes across key spend areas. The Sourcing Manager brings demonstrated success negotiating and structuring enterpriselevel agreements, leading complex sourcing events (including IT and professional services), and operating within federally regulated or highly governed environments. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role manages a team of Senior Sourcing Associates and serves as the primary interface with business stakeholders and suppliers.
