Responsibilities
- Manages sourcing and purchasing of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) materials, equipment and plant services for capital projects and plant operations.
- Conducts sourcing events using RFQ, sealed bids and other latest techniques for materials and services.
- Performs commercial evaluation of the bids and facilitates bid clarification meetings with stakeholders.
- Finalizes selection and follows through with purchase order (PO) execution.
- Proactively engages stakeholders in identifying, selecting and approving new material suppliers.
- Leads the Supplier Qualification processes and maintains the Approved Vendor List.
