About the Role
The Mandarin Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services while coordinating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders. This role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, particularly Mandarin-speaking vendors
- Booking flight accommodation for expats
- Communicate and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in Mandarin and English
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/services
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
