Procurement Specialist
What YOU will do:
Work closely with strategic planners in European countries to interpret and understand the business of various product portfolios in the different European markets per Business Unit ( including PCs, Mobile, Peripherals, …)
Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with Strategic Planners' specifications and parameters taking into considerations logistic efficiencies.
Validate vendor order confirmations, meticulously verifying product accuracy, quantity, pricing, and delivery dates, and promptly update the SAP system.
Support Local Planners in navigating vendor price changes, ensuring accurate cost prices are reflected within the SAP system.
Facilitate seamless stock rotation processes by coordinating with vendors and logistics teams in adherence to contractual agreements.
