Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Procurement Sr. Analyst to join our Procurement Team located in Bogotá, Colombia.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the “single point of contact” (SPOC) for interactions between requesters, business partners, sourcing specialists, category leaders, accounts payable specialists, and HelpDesk, ensuring a positive and compliant end user experience.
  • Provide general assistance to purchase needs, process and support transactions, address system doubts/issues, and assist with requisition creation, PO creation, receiving, invoice block resolution, PO closure and status updates.
  • Coordinate processes and interactions with stakeholders to create a seamless experience for requestors/business partners.
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.
