We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to support our company in planning and purchasing supply. The role focuses on developing cost-saving initiatives and purchasing strategies while maintaining strong professional relationships with suppliers.
Planning
- Identify and anticipate demand changes based on actual supply and consumption data.
- Determine product quality, quantity, and specifications for goods and services to be procured.
- Review the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) daily and generate stock-out reports.
- Monitor open purchase orders and stock-out reports to ensure timely replenishment.
- Analyze inventory through supply stratification and spend analysis.
