About the Role
We are looking for a senior, independent professional to lead Vendor & Contract Management in a regulated banking environment. This role owns the full vendor lifecycle and contract governance, ensuring all engagements are commercially sound, performance-driven, compliant, and risk-controlled. You will drive vendor performance through strong contract structuring and active governance, not just execution. As a key business partner, you are expected to challenge stakeholders, influence decisions, and elevate existing practices. We need a critical thinker and strong negotiator who can operate independently, connect commercial outcomes with contractual accountability, and deliver real business value.
