We are looking for a talented individual to manage the Produce Department for our company. As the Produce Manager, you will be the one responsible for the pricing and overall promotion of the produce department to maximize consumer appeal, and establishing relationships with vendors to improve our product range.
An excellent Produce Manager must have extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. They must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication skills are also key for Deli Managers.
