Job Title: Product Analyst - CPaaS / Platform Migration
Contract: 6 months (Extension Possible)
Rate: £300-£350 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Fully Remote (UK based)
We're looking for an experienced Product Analyst to support a high-impact platform migration programme, focused on increasing customer upgrade volumes from a legacy CPaaS platform to a new Connect platform.
This role plays a key part in unlocking blocked customer cohorts by identifying feature gaps, shaping requirements, and ensuring new releases directly enable safe and scalable customer migrations.
