Job Description
Requirements
- BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10–15 years’ manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years in senior engineering leadership
- Experience leading engineering, maintenance, and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, BOM governance, reliability, manufacturing support, and CAPEX
- Exposure to machining, fabrication, assembly, precision, automotive, defence, or similar manufacturing environments
- Hands‑on leadership style with strong technical credibility
Advantageous
- GCC
- SAP exposure
- Experience in globally competitive manufacturing environments
