Role Overview
The Onelink Passenger Assistant (OPA) plays a frontline role in the operation of the OneLink AFCS (Automated Fare Collection System) onboard partner buses. This is not a traditional conductor role — OPAs support the real‑time use and monitoring of our tap‑on/tap‑off fare system, including features for baggage fares, inspector reporting, and full BIR‑compliant transaction summaries (Z‑Read/X‑Read reporting).
As an OPA, you’ll help ensure seamless fare validation, accurate system syncing, proper card handling, and field‑level diagnostics. You will also guide passengers and operators in using the system properly and document any system behaviours for back‑office review.
Key Responsibilities
