We are looking for a Configuration expert to help us configure and maintain functional requirements for our Work Management and Asset Lifecycle Management solution that powers our content creation business.
The responsibilities include applying product configuration updates, managing changes from dev, staging and production and helping to triage production issues if 1st line are unable to resolve issues, as well supporting other teams in their knowledge of these core applications.
- Configuring Work Management and ALM solution including updates and fixes utilising Dev, Test and Production environments.
