Job Description
We are seeking a Product Controller to support the Global Markets business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate P&L reporting, valuation control, and providing financial oversight to trading desks.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce daily P&L reports and perform detailed P&L attribution analysis
- Conduct independent price verification (IPV) and valuation adjustments
- Partner with Front Office to explain revenue movements and resolve discrepancies
- Review and validate new trades and products from a control perspective
- Support month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, and financial reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Control / Valuation Control within investment banking
