Job Summary:
The Product Copywriter (UX/UI) is a key member of Digital Marketing, crafting the words that shape how users experience our digital banking products, from RCBC Pulz to other next-generation platforms. This role combines creativity, strategy, and empathy to create clear, intuitive, and human-sounding copy across apps, websites, and digital touchpoints.
You’ll partner closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure every message, from button text to onboarding flows, feels purposeful, easy to understand, and aligned with our brand voice: smart, approachable, and aspirational.
How will you contribute:
- Write clear, concise, and user-focused copy for apps, websites, and digital interfaces (e.g., tooltips, error messages, CTAs, notifications, and onboarding screens).
