LOCATION
Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Time) or ET (Eastern Time). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile can work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid. Candidates located outside Santiago, Chile will be fully remote.
THE ROLE
As a Product Design Lead, you will orchestrate complex design projects from start to finish while providing leadership and oversight to design teams. Reporting into the Experience team, you will manage multiple client engagements and accounts, lead UX/Creative/Design System efforts, and ensure high-quality design deliverables align with project objectives and client brand guidelines. You will help drive design innovation, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of the design practice through thought leadership.
