You want to own design end to end, from research to a live, breathing product.
What You'll Do
- Talk to users, understand their journeys, and let real behavior — not assumptions — guide your design decisions.
- Build and evolve the design system so the product stays consistent and scalable as it grows.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Business to turn messy, complex problems into simple, delightful experiences.
- Have a seat at the table during ideation and prioritization, not just execute, but shape what gets built and why.
- Use data and usability signals to keep raising the design bar across the team. <...
