- Lead and plan UX/UI activities including user research, stakeholder analysis, and design strategy.
- Conduct and oversee user research through interviews, focus groups, field observations, questionnaires, and co-creation workshops.
- Lead usability testing, analyse insights, and recommend data-driven design improvements.
- Design and guide information architecture, user flows, interaction models, and interface structures.
- Create and review wireframes, high-fidelity visual mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and system behaviors.
- Provide design leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers (if applicable).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
