Manage end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise telecom products including:
- Unified Communications (UCaaS)
- Contact Center Solutions (CCaaS)
- Fixed Connectivity Services
- Internet Leased Line (ILL)
- SIP Trunking
- IPVPN / MPLS
- SD-WAN
- Managed Voice Services
Experience with enterprise communication and collaboration platforms such as:
- Microsoft Teams
- Cisco Webex
- Zoom Phone
- Genesys
- Avaya
- RingCentral
