Job Title: Associate Manager, Product Development
A popular fashion brand is seeking a temp-to-hire Associate Manager, Product Development to join their team in Vernon.
Base pay range
$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Production, QC, and DC teams, supporting the Supply Chain across all product categories.
- Manage and update daily WIPs in Pre-Production, including color and fit status, development costs, fit releases, and BOMs in the internal PLM system.
- Own the hand-off process from Product Development to Production.
- Communicate daily with vendors and factories to ensure smooth operations.
- Track garment deliveries and troubleshoot issues to maintain on-time shipping.
- Coordinate logistics and import traffic with factories and DC team; update ERP and Quickbase systems.
