This position will support Hard Coat and Anti Fog Product Development projects to build a commercially viable functional coating product pipeline in alignment with SDC business goals.
Responsibilities:- Lead or assist projects in product development milestone attainment including competitive benchmarking, product formulation and optimization, establishment of manufacturing control plan for scale-up and production
- Screen and qualify alternative key raw materials to facilitate sustained supply of functional coating and film products
- Generate ideas and proofs-of-concept for new technologies for proprietary product and intellectual property development
