Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on engineer to support new product development, technical sales, and after-sales activities across RLC, Air Side, AHU, and VRF product lines. This role works closely with regional teams, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure product competitiveness and strong market alignment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead new product development in collaboration with BGAC, VINAI, CTC, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with market requirements
+ Drive cost reduction initiatives for products and accessories across suppliers
+ Provide Engineering and Technical support for RLC, Air Side, AHU, and VRF products to Sales teams and dealers
+ Develop and maintain technical sales tools, including specifications (TOR) and product documentation
+ Deliver product training (installation, troubleshooting) to internal teams and dealer customers
